In transforming the community, GT2 identifies and undertakes strategies to train and equip community leaders to undertake the role of civic entrepreneurs.  In the absence of a regional leadership network connected by a shared vision, collaboration will not occur.  This aspect of regional development focuses on creating the leadership, developing the overall strategy, and providing the infrastructure necessary to transform.
